The MB3 Pure Aussie Wagyu Rib-Eye (Php 2,990/250g.; Php 5,890/500g.) is also a must-try made of medium to high marbled beef from Darling Downs, Queensland. The 500g cut is good for two to three persons.

For pastas, two must-tries stand out on the menu. The Truffled Prawn Penne Carbonara (Php 895) features grilled tiger prawns tossed in fresh cream with shaved Padano and fine herbs, finished with a subtle truffle aroma.
Meanwhile, the 3-Cheese Lamb Bolognese (Php 765) offers a comforting yet bold combination of braised lamb ragout, roasted eggplant, crispy basil, Padano, and goat’s cheese, delivering rich, layered flavors in every bite.
