    The café’s menu combines familiar comfort foods, like pasta, sandwiches, and Omurice, with the high-level culinary techniques that have made Nippon Hasha’s restaurants beloved among the Japanese, foreign, and local community in Metro Manila.

    While diners can expect familiar crowd favorite from Kazunori at Kazu Cafe, guests can indulge in a range of exciting new creations crafted by Chef Kuramochi Kazunori, available exclusively at this fresh dining spot.

    Highlights from the menu include the Hitachi Wagyu Burger, a premium A5 Hitachi Wagyu beef patty served with bonito and aioli in a soft potato bun. Meanwhile, the Yaki Tonkatsu is also a must-try for hearty meat lovers, as the offering features deep-fried breaded pork paired with cabbage salad, tomato karashi, and tonkatsu sauce.

    Another standout dish is the Kazu Oyakodon, which combines chicken thigh and sous vide duck breast, simmered in a rich dondashi sauce.

    Kazu Café also features a delightful selection of meals perfect for brunch or an afternoon merienda, including the Tamago Sando and the 10 Kinds of Temari, a delectable treasure of freshly-made, bite-seized sushi balls.

    To top it all off, the refreshing Melon Musk Kakegori, a shaved ice dessert with Japanese melon, white cane sugar, and peach juice, offers a delightful finish to the meal.

Kazu Café’s interior design mirrors its playfulness, featuring elements like custom-made sculptural lights and denim-upholstered seating—an homage to Japan’s renowned denim industry.
