  • The festivities of this year’s holiday season have officially enclosed Chesa Bianca and I’M Angus in Yakal Street, Makati with its joyous entirety!

    Chesa Bianca

To prepare your taste buds when you dine in Chesa Bianca, you may choose between its two choices of appetizers: the Greenland Shrimp Cocktail (Php 310) made from capsicum and celery salad, green and ripe mangoes, and Calypso dressing or the Ham and Leek Crepe Pocket (Php 310) that is created with creamy mushroom stew and is accented by the vegetable crisps.

    I’m Angus

As you make yourself completely at ease in the expanse of I’m Angus, munch on some appetizer that takes on the form of the Holiday Salad (Php 310)—a healthy and delectable mixture of romaine, baby rocket, granny smith apple, feta, dried cranberries, pecans, citrus, and blood orange dressing.

And if you feel like adding more texture to your pre-holiday-meal, order the Smoked Salmon and Crab Roll (Php 440). Delight in some crème Fraiche, as well as in red and black caviar, while you’re at it!

Either to smooth down your set of appetizer or to make the main dishes a lot finer to devour, the Light Cream of Fennel Soup (Php 320) is a definite choice.

Especially since it features a lobster ballotine that meekly yet powerfully adds flavor to the soup variant.

I’m Angus, then, provides two equally special entrée options, with the lighter one being the Patagonian Sea Bass Fillet and Fresh Prawn (Php 2,100) that is encased in Joinville sauce. It notably comes with spinach, tagliatelle, and a potato gaufrette basket on the side.
