  • Toni & Sergio Gastro Italiano in McKinley Hill: A Blend of Italian-Spanish Gastronomic Feast
  • If you cannot choose between the classic Italian pizza or Spain’s staple dish paella, worry no more because this restaurant in Venice Grand Canal Mall is just what you need to fill your European cravings!

Toni & Sergio Gastro Italiano is an all-day dining restaurant that offers authentic Italian and Spanish dishes. It is one of the restaurants under Rigatoni Corporation owned by Giulius Iapino, along with Parmigiano in Resorts World Manila and Mamma Mia in BGC.

With experience in running food businesses in Italy, Iapino and his family created Toni & Sergio based on their preference to both Italian and Spanish cuisine.

Adding to the European vibes the Venice Grand Canal Mall has, this restaurant will definitely make you feel like you are in Europe with its Mediterranean setting and interior. Family portraits and memorabilia are hung on the wall showing the significant family events of the Iapino family.

Here, diners can indulge in at least 70 Italian and Spanish dishes Toni & Sergio have in their menu. Each dish is made from authentic and imported ingredients to make it as flavorful as it can be. They also have big servings which are great for group sharing with your friends or family.

A popular choice from their menu is the pasta, pizzas, and paella. For their brick-oven-baked pizzas, they use a homemade dough prepared in their own kitchen and baked in a stone kiln. You must try their Pizza Margherita Con Bufala (Php 375), a thick crust pizza made from homemade dough with a generous spread of tomato sauce, burrata cheese, and arugula.

Another favorite is the 6 Cheese Pizza (Php 530) which has 6 different types of cheese.

An Italian meal wouldn’t be complete without the traditional Vongole Pasta (Php 385), a flavor-rich seafood pasta made from olive oil and fresh clams, with toasted bread on the side.

Of course, everyone’s favorite classic Spanish dish Paella Dela Casa (Php 620) is a pan of savory seafood goodness good for three persons. It has prawns, mussels, and clams, plus chicken, chorizo, and black olives.
