    With their prime passion to serve good coffee to everyone, sisters Trisha and Leslie Carlos started United Coffee in January 2016 where they dedicated themselves in creating coffee and other delicacies. The owners named their brand after the street where the coffee shop is located.

    United Coffee is not your ordinary café—it’s a container coffee shop found at one of the food parks in Pasig. This interesting concept added more charm to the place, where upon entering, you’ll see a simple and home-like place where you can just chill. Comfy chairs + available books to be read + internet connection + delectable food? What more can you ask for? These four tenets are what coffee lovers would love to experience in a café and undoubtedly, United Coffee hits the jackpot.

    When it comes to their food, Trisha and Leslie takes pride on being hands-on owners. Trisha, who studied Culinary before, makes their special dishes such as the bestselling desserts and pasta that guests love to come back for. All their dishes are made from homemade recipes making their food offerings a must try as well.

    For their coffee, the owners-slash-baristas use imported but locally-roasted beans which make their specialty. They do the pour over method (a Japanese method) for their coffee which controls the coffee-making process that gives a consistent flavor. According to them, they serve coffee with no judgment: whatever floats your boat, they’d happily concoct it for you.
