The Curator
A shop that specializes not only in coffee but also serves liquor and cocktails at night. The Curator is located just right around the corner of Legaspi Village in Palanca Makati. The industrial design with the rustic finishes are among the many reasons why this project deserves to be one of the hidden gems of Makati.
You can always surprise yourself and let the barista recommends Brew of the Day menu, which obviously changes every day. But a must-try is the Single Origin Espresso (P120), the blended coffee beans came all the way from Columbia. You can also try their signature coffee, single-shot or double shot.
