  • One of the specialties of the Akita Prefecture has been brought by Akitaya in Manila. That dish is called Kiritanpo.

    Akitaya’s Kiritanpo Pot is about Php 1,300. It’s good for 2-3 persons. Chicken, fresh vegetables and glutinous rice are some of the ingredients included in this dish. Kiritanpo Skewers (P150/ 1 pc), on the other hand, have citron pepper, soy sauce and miso.
