What makes Bari-Uma special are their flavorful ramens as a whole. The noodles they use are made fresh in each shop, paired with their perfectly grilled chashu (marinated braised pork belly).  Aside from that, they also use a tonkotsu shoyu basea flavorful broth made from a mix of chicken and pork, that will definitely leave guests craving for more. Some of their recommended dishes or best sellers to look forward to include:

AJITAMA- UMA. (Pork flavored shoyu soup, with grilled thick-cut chashu)

GYOZA. dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables and wrapped in a thin dough.

Bari-Uma promises its guests the feeling of being able to have a taste and indulge in the authentic ramen from Japan at a reasonable price, made affordable for all. You may visit Ramen Bari-Uma Jr. at SM San Lazaro (between Shakeys and Congo Grille) starting December 11, 2017.
