Unlike other yoga centers, Bikram solely focuses on the practice of Bikram movements, which focuses on one’s breathing and positions. A Bikram Yoga is practiced in a heated room for the purpose of complete detoxification and better physical results. A class lasts for 90 minutes, which is comprised of 26 positions and two breathing techniques.

Aside from the Original Hot Yoga that is Bikram, they also offer Yin Yoga and Zumba classes here.
