Chapter Coffee Roastery & Cafe officially opened its newest branch on May 14 at Jupiter Place Building in Makati bringing its specialty coffee offerings and café favorites to one of the country’s busiest districts.

Designed for Makati’s fast-paced environment, the new branch offers a space where guests can pause for quality coffee, whether for a quick break during work hours or a longer café visit. The space highlights warm interiors and a dedicated coffee bar built around precision and consistency.

At the center of the café is its specialty coffee program, where baristas focus on carefully crafted drinks made with fresh beans. One of its staples is the Flat White, made with espresso and steamed milk to highlight the natural sweetness of milk and the flavor of a well-pulled espresso shot.

The café also offers flavored coffee options such as its Hazelnut Latte, available hot or iced, each offering a different drinking experience—warm and nutty when served hot, and lighter and more refreshing when served cold.

For seasonal offerings, the cafe serves drinks such as the Magnum Ube Matcha and Magnum Cookies & Cream, blended beverages topped with whipped cream and finished with a Magnum ice cream bar.

Beyond coffee, the cafe also serves meals such as savory dishes including its Truffle Pasta, made with truffle, butter, and smoked salmon, as well as the Classic 90s Burger, featuring a beef patty served on brioche buns with cheese, fresh toppings, and its signature sauce.

The brand has grown beyond its Quezon City flagship and now operates branches in Manila, Antipolo, Calasiao in Pangasinan, Iloilo City, San Juan, SM City Marikina, and Bauang in La Union.
Its slow bar experience, available at select branches such as SM City Marikina and in San Juan, features V60 pour-over brewing paired with carefully sourced single-origin beans, offering guests a more intentional coffee experience.
