  • Aire³² at The Westin Manila: An Elevated Al Fresco Bar with Skyline Views, Cocktails, and Tapas
  • High above the Ortigas Business District, Aire³² brings together thoughtfully crafted drinks, Spanish-inspired comfort food, and sweeping city views in a relaxed rooftop setting.

Aire³² began its soft opening on August 15, 2025, and its grand opening on October 22, 2025. The al fresco bar and event venue is located on the top floor of The Westin Manila, a five-star, wellness-forward hotel recognized by the MICHELIN Guide. From its fine-casual rooftop setting, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the Ortigas skyline and sunset.

Pronounced “ai-re,” meaning “air,” Aire³² was designed around social experiences rooted in conscious connection and balance. Its concept encourages guests to slow down, enjoy the open-air surroundings, and share meaningful moments with family and friends over specialty cocktails and comforting food.

A Beverage Program Built with Intention

At the center of the Aire³² experience is a beverage program guided by sustainability and innovation. Its carefully curated collection includes low-alcohol cocktails for conscious consumption, as well as balanced mocktails designed to offer both relaxing and uplifting alternatives.

The bar also uses spirits without artificial additives, sourced from small producers that prioritize quality over large-scale production. Surplus ingredients, local produce and flavors, and artisanal beverages serve as starting points for creativity and community collaboration. Each cocktail is developed to bring together the character of local ingredients and the body of a good-quality spirit.

Part of the Aire Concoctions collection, Midnight Bloom combines Tried and True Vodka, Ratafia Rossi, blackberry syrup, lemon juice, and fresh basil. The blackberry and citrus bring a fruity brightness to the drink, while basil adds a fresh herbal note.

Representing Aire³²’s local craft cocktails, Rosa Pandango features vodka, rum, lime juice, raspberry, pandan syrup, and soda water. The combination offers a refreshing mix of citrus, berry, and familiar pandan flavors, finished with the light lift of soda water.

Guests choosing an alcohol-free option may try Temptation, a mocktail made with strawberry, basil tea, and lemon-lime soda. It brings together fruity and herbal notes in a light, refreshing drink.

Complementing the beverage selection are tapas and pica-pica that reflect the energy of the venue and offer guests a taste of the Spanish lifestyle. The dishes are designed for sharing while unwinding after a long day, accompanied by refreshing drinks, a relaxing breeze, and views of the city.

The tapas and pica-pica at Aire³² are led by The Westin Manila’s Spanish Chef de Cuisine, Álvaro Romero-abreu Raya. Raised in Cádiz, Spain, Chef Álvaro trained and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout his career.

His experience includes being part of the Research and Development team of Mugaritz, a two-Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant in northern Spain that is widely considered among the best restaurants in the world.

At The Westin Manila, he brings together his knowledge of traditional Spanish dishes and a thoughtful approach to reworking familiar classics. He currently leads the kitchen serving both Aire³² and Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez.

    Flexible Spaces for Private Events

The entire Aire³² venue may be booked exclusively for private gatherings of up to 75 persons, depending on the chosen setup. Rates vary according to the requirements of each event.

Every corner of the rooftop space has been thoughtfully arranged to accommodate different occasions and themes, including corporate events, brand activations, social gatherings, and celebrations.

Its air-conditioned private dining room can accommodate approximately 28 to 30 guests in a theater-style setup, making it suitable for intimate wedding ceremonies, presentations, and private functions. Guests may also hold cocktails or receptions in the al fresco area, where they can gather, toast, and dance as the daytime skyline transitions into the evening.
