Last October 2014, Patisserie Kyo opened a branch at Trion Tower near SM Aura, sharing space with Ralph’s Wine and Spirits of the Wine Shop. This Japanese bakery cafe is famous for their healthiest and delicious bread.
Strawberry Shortcake is Patisserie Kyo’s bestseller. The ingredients used in making the shortcake came from different parts of the world: wheat flour is made in Japan, the sugar is made in the US and the cream is made in France.
