  • L’Opera Ristorante is an Italian restaurant that allows you to feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle city of Manila. It is a bit away from the high streets, thus making your food experience an appetizing, yet a relaxing one.

    Once you step inside the store, a profound yet nostalgic atmosphere can be felt in its premises. It is a restaurant which is a perfect setting for celebrating special days, because of the intricate details of its interior design, as well as its food itself.

    This restaurant offers varieties of appetizing food, ranging from Steak Carpaccio with cheese, appetizers, fresh seafood, and homemade pasta that you would surely enjoy.

    The highly recommended Filleto di manzo con fegato d’oca tartufata con spinaci e asparagi or the Certified Angus Beef Tenderloin in truffle sauce embedded with pan-fried Foie Gras is a must-try in this restaurant, because of its medium rare finished meat that is tender and which would melt in your mouth.

    Customers can also enjoy Tubetti alla matriciana in cestino di parmigiano which is a short tube pasta with tomato sauce with guanciale bacon.

    If you are craving for seafood, you could order Rotolini di branzino con zucchine which is also known as Rolled Sea Bass with zucchini and shrimps with sauteed fresh vegetables in extra virgin olive oil.

    Other foods such as pasta and pizza are also offered in this restaurant. One can order Spaghetti alla “Bottarga” which is a spaghetti pasta with fresh garlic, chili in aglio olio topped with slices of dried fish roe.

    If you prefer shell-shaped pasta with fresh tomato, crabmeat in white wine and extra virgin olive oil sauce, you can try Gnocchi Sardi con granchio.

    When it comes to pizza, we suggest Pizza con buffala e pachino con rucola, which is a pizza with tomato, buffala cheese and red cherry tomato topped with rucola greens.

    L’Opera also serves Petto anatra affumicata su letto di rucola con salsa di tartufo, a thinly-sliced smoked duck breast on a bed of fresh arugula leaves drizzled with truffle sauce.
