The French restaurant, Le Jardin (the garden), opened its door last May 2014. It is owned by Chef Gil Brault, who worked at Trois Gourmand, one of the best restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. It is located at the penthouse of a high-rise building in Bonifacio Global City, and has a Terrier-style garden.

The white and green interior exudes a very refreshing atmosphere. It has a high rise ceiling and big window that showcases the picturesque view of BGC Skyline.
Le Jardin offers a 3-course meal, a 4-course meal or a 5-course meal, depending on your appetite. Many of their dishes use foie grass, such as the appetizer Assiette de toroa foie gras (P800), and the main course of Joue de boeuf et foie gras poele.

Their signature in-house made cheese has 6 variants of different aging periods. You can pair it up with a nice glass of wine. If you’re not well-versed in picking wines, feel free to consult their manager. The chef is also a certified sommelier; he personally chooses the wine perfect for each dish.
To finish a very delicious meal, we recommend Dessert de Gils (1st photo). The perfect mess of this heavenly dessert is composed of raspberry sorbet, vanilla ice cream, strawberries and nougatine. We couldn’t get enough of it because it was simply divine.

We love our Le Jardin experience. It’s a perfect setting for an intimate date with your love one or a place to unwind with your friends.
