Palate takes its cue from Chef Kaye’s colorful personality. Food served at Palate has a story behind every bite, with ingredients sourced from local grocers. Its French Mediterranean-inspired menu compliments the simple yet elegant ambiance the 60-seater restaurant has.
THE STARTER. This mushroom soup is unlike anything you’ve seen or tasted.
Flavor is never left hanging at Palate, especially with food looks as good as it tastes. Start your meal with a Mushroom soup (P235), a creamy way to stimulate your palate that’s topped with wood garnish.
THE BEET IS ON. A refreshing beet salad to rinse your palate.
Next up is their refreshing Beet salad (P325), with its combination of goat cheese, honey, and a soft-boiled egg, finished off with lemon vinaigrette.
