The specialty of the restaurant is its Crispy Fish with 3-Flavored Sauce, a deep-fried whole grouper that is irresistibly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, topped with a flavorful tamarind, garlic, and chili sauce, a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy.
