At Kyoto Ramen Hiro, the restaurant’s signature pork bone broth, simmered for many hours, forms the rich, flavorful base of their ramen. This labor of love ensures that every bowl of ramen served is packed with deep, umami goodness that transports guests straight to the heart of Japan.

Every ingredient at Kyoto Ramen Hiro is carefully selected to maintain the authenticity of Japanese cuisine. All seasonings are imported directly from Japan, ensuring that the flavors stay true to their origins.

Although Kyoto Ramen Hiro only sells three kinds of ramen, they make sure their creations are worth coming back to. Their signature Tonkotsu Awa Ramen (Php 430) have “bubbles” on the surface, thanks to a high amount of fat of gelatin and emulsified fats in the broth, and is topped with mushroom, scallions, and chashu.

For fans of spicy food, this comes in a fiery variant: Tonkotsu Kara Ramen (Php 490). On the other hand, their Tonkotsu Curry Ramen (Php 490) combines the umaminess of tonkotsu broth with the aromatic depth of curry that delights the palate.

Note: Customers can customize the thickness of the noodles and soup to their liking.

In addition to their famous ramen, Kyoto Ramen Hiro offers an array of delectable side dishes that perfectly complement the main courses. One standout is their Chashu Don (Php 420), featuring special marinated chashu that is tender and flavorful, paired with a house-made sauce that adds a unique depth of flavor.

For those looking to explore other textures and flavors, the Karaage at Kyoto Ramen Hiro is a must-try. This crispy, golden fried chicken is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, a perfect balance that delivers a unique take on the beloved Japanese dish. It’s a version of karaage that is unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere.

Their juicy Gyoza is also highly recommended to complete the meal, offering a perfect balance of crispy exterior and tender filling. For a sweet ending, customers can order Mango or Peanut ice cream for only Php 150 each.
