  • California Pizza Kitchen in Quezon City: Serving Creative Pizzas and Dishes
  • California Pizza Kitchen in Quezon City serves pizzas, salads, pastas, main plates, better-for-you options, and handcrafted beverages.

The restaurant was founded in Beverly Hills in 1985 by former federal prosecutors Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax. The founders combined their passion for food with fresh, high-quality ingredients and introduced the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza. Their own pizza dough uses honey and olive oil instead of lard and sugar. Diners may choose between a thin crust and a regular hand-stretched crust.

Aside from pizza, the restaurant serves the Original BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad, which is available across its branches worldwide.

The Prosciutto with Arugula Spaghetti is with premium prosciutto crudo, fresh arugula, cream, and shaved Parmesan.

Another menu option is the Asian Chicken, made with chicken sautéed with yellow onions, red and green peppers, bean sprouts, mozzarella, and queso quesadilla before being baked in a nori tortilla wrap.

California Pizza Kitchen has announced the permanent closure of its Poblacion branch in Makati City. The restaurant thanked its guests for their support and patronage throughout the years and advised customers to visit its nearest branches or contact the brand through its official channels for inquiries.
