    Starting with their premium grilled meats, Songdowon serves the finest aged beef, pork, and chicken, each with their own rich texture and bold flavor, perfect for grilling. Their samgyupsal, or pork belly, for example, undergoes an aging process for 252 hours, ensuring exceptional tenderness and depth of flavor.

    What’s more, they create a perfect symphony of flavors in their Korean dishes by simmering them in their seafood and beef bone broth, meticulously cooked for 48 hours. This allows the broth to pack in rich flavors  that will ultimately elevate every Korean dish served at Songdowon.

    Aside from their meat sets, Songdowon also offers a variety of rice meals, including Kimchi Fried Rice, Bibimbap, and Dupbap—rice dishes topped with your choice of meats such as squid, beef, or pork.
