Enbu at Okada Manila: A Place to Partake in a Traditional Japanese Grill Experience
Take in the one-of-a-kind energy exuded by the well-loved country of Japan at Enbu, a restaurant nestled in the vastness of Okada Manila that subtly adds a twist of affluence to the traditional Japanese grill experience.
Enbu foremost offers a luscious line of dishes that emit classic Japanese flavors. These are best enjoyed either with a bottle of sake or a glass of wine as you delight in the view of The Fountain outside.
From behind the restaurant’s stylish robata counters, you can watch how the team of seasoned chefs prepares the dishes by means of traditional Japanese cooking techniques, enlivening the dining experience through the visible dancing flames of the grill where the concept of the restaurant was based on.
Said techniques include slow-grilling over charcoal that produces beautifully-charred and smoked flavorful meats and dishes.
The best and freshest ingredients are handpicked as well, which are mostly sourced from local producers.
