  • UPDATED as of January 15, 2019: This restaurant is CLOSED.

US PRIME STEAK. Yes, this bad boy may cost P2,300 per 500 grams, but that’s a small price to pay considering you get the meat, the foie gras truffle sauce, and everything else you see here.

RED SNAPPER. Laced with Indonesian spices, this grilled red snapper (P650) is perfect for those who prefer white meat.

KAFFIR LIME PIE. A species of lime native to Southeast Asia (including the Philippines), it’s a great way to end your meal for only P250.

Marco has been cooking since he was young. After studying hotel & restaurant management in London, his talent has led him to become the executive chef of Ocean Castle Hotel in his 20s. When he returned to the Philippines, he became a chef at Sofitel Philippine Plaza’s Spiral. He now handles the Prime 101 restaurant hidden at Pasong Tamo.

The place has an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home. With the concept of “freestyle dining”, you may choose various ingredients from their menu and have it cooked the way you want. They also have a sample menu, in case you have no idea what to request or just want to dine like in a regular restaurant.

Private dining area, with fixtures from Casa Del Dio

The interior design was a result of the partnership of the management with Casa Del Dio to sell their furniture.
