  • Delina, also known as The Pasta Place, brings a pasta-focused dining concept to San Pedro, Laguna, offering a menu built around a deep passion for pasta in all its forms. Created as a concept by Noodle Lab, the restaurant highlights the craft and creativity behind pasta while also serving a variety of dishes that go beyond the classic Italian staple.

    Located just around 15-minute drive from Ayala Alabang and about 30-minute drive from Makati via Skyway, Delina has become an accessible dining destination for those looking to enjoy thoughtfully prepared pasta outside Metro Manila.

    The story of Delina began during the pandemic, when its founders started self-learning how to make fresh pasta at home. What started as a personal exploration quickly grew into a full-fledged restaurant dedicated to showcasing pasta in all its forms. Today, Delina serves a wide range of pasta styles—from fresh and dry pasta to long, short, and uniquely shaped varieties—paired with recipes that range from traditional favorites to more creative interpretations.

    For starters, their Truffle Honey Ricotta features house-made whipped ricotta topped with black truffle honey and generously topped with  Maldon sea salt flakes. It is served with toast for a flavorful balance of creamy and savory notes.

    One of the restaurant’s must-try pasta is the O.G. Carbonara, made with spaghettoni, egg yolks, guanciale, pecorino romano, grana padano, and black pepper. Prepared using traditional ingredients, the dish highlights the richness and simplicity that define authentic carbonara.

    For those looking for something more filling, the Porcini-Crusted New York Strip Steak offers a satisfying option. The steak is coated with a porcini crust and served with gremolata and cultured garlic and parsley butter, alongside smashed marble potatoes with sour cream.
