Blake’s Wings and Steaks Is A One Stop Restaurant for All Kinds of Cravings

Blake’s Wings and Steaks in Legazpi Village is admittedly a special place compared to their other branches.

The owners had to introduce branch-exclusive features because they needed to keep up with the fast-paced market in Makati, whose demands vary compared to the other branches.

According to the owner Joana Manalo, Blake’s Wings and Steaks came to life because her mother dislikes going to different restaurants to enjoy her varied favorites in one meal.

Since she could not find a place that offers everything, she built one from scratch and named it after the family’s Siberian Husky, Blake–which essentially rhymed with one of their core dishes.

The restaurant’s flagship products include wings, steaks, and pork ribs.

Their Chicken Wings can be ordered either in half (Php 255) or one kilo (Php 485), with five different flavor choices to choose from: barbecue, garlic parmesan, buffalo, extra hot buffalo, and sweet & spicy.

Meanwhile, their Steaks are available in two variants: the porterhouse (Php 295) and the t-bone (Php 275), which also come in different flavors.

Flavors include the original, hickory barbecue, and honey mustard. The newest addition to the list is the original with herbed butter—surely a savory meal you won’t forget.

Last but not the least, you wouldn’t want to pass on Blake’s Dibs on Ribs. According to Joana, this is a well-loved dish among the restaurant’s menu offerings—sometimes even to the point that it’s ordered more often than the namesake wings and steaks.

Presently, it is only available in hickory barbecue flavor and can be enjoyed either in half (Php 435) or one kilo (Php 775) of complete meat.

Apart from these prime dishes, what makes Blake’s Wings and Steaks in Makati a place to behold is their branch-exclusive offerings, such as the breakfast menu that is available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and their very own soft-served ice cream Bobbie Dairy. Specialty coffees and a wide range of cocktails are also exclusively offered!

Further, Blake’s Wings and Steaks offers Happy Hour promos from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. every day. Customers can purchase beers on a buy 1 take 1 basis and cocktails at 20% off.

The restaurant boasts of a wooden rustic interior that is set aglow by the rightly-spaced yellow lights, adding to the over-all coziness the place gives off.

Not to mention the row of kitchenware that is hung on the wall—kind of like duplicating that of most homes’ kitchen!

Ultimately, Blake’s Wings and Steaks proudly delights on their personally-curated food selection, which normally undergoes a number of food tasting batches to put out only the finest.

How to get here

• Simply walk the stretch of Dela Rosa (the side where Gil street is) at the intersection of Paseo De Roxas and Dela Rosa Street near The Enterprise Center. Turn left once you reach Salcedo street–and with a brief walk, you’ll see Blake’s Wings and Steaks on the left side.
