The White House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge was originally an ancestral house, when owner and chef, Cathy Binag and his business partner revamped it into a 2-storey restaurant, with cozy and romantic atmosphere, gleaming wooden furnishings that are accented with warm lights, thus, embodying its old charm.

Located 20 minutes away from the airport, The White House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge serves sumptuous French-Japanese fusion dishes, such as Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Tonkatsu, Duck Leg, Duck Confit, Steak, Wagyu Beef, Sashimi, and even Hot Pot Sukiyaki on Paper with shitake noodles, fresh bukidnon vegetables and yuba.

Mesquite Grilled Wagyu Rib Eye, served with Harcott Vert wrapped in Parma Ham, and roasted garlic bulb, 150-160g for P1,640 and 300-320g (P2,880)

Duck Leg Confit with variations of potato, served with grilled tropical fruits, mango coulis, and mango caviar drizzled with balsamic duck jus in port wine reduction (P1000)

Not only that, their dessert is also a must-try: Yamamomo Cheesecake, a vanilla cheesecake topped with yamamomo and mixed berries compote set on green tea dacquiose and mango caviar for only P320. What better way to satisfy the guest’s curiosity on how their food is made, is through an open kitchen built on the adjacent part of the restaurant.

Offering exciting fusion dishes with remarkable presentation, a lot of foreigners, mostly Japanese and notable personalities drive in and dine at The White House for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Their outdoor spot is also used as an event place because of their picture-perfect garden area. This is where most wedding reception takes place.

Opened every Mondays-Sundays, you should try and visit The White House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge when you visit Davao.
