The White House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge was originally an ancestral house, when owner and chef, Cathy Binag and his business partner revamped it into a 2-storey restaurant, with cozy and romantic atmosphere, gleaming wooden furnishings that are accented with warm lights, thus, embodying its old charm.
Located 20 minutes away from the airport, The White House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge serves sumptuous French-Japanese fusion dishes, such as Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Tonkatsu, Duck Leg, Duck Confit, Steak, Wagyu Beef, Sashimi, and even Hot Pot Sukiyaki on Paper with shitake noodles, fresh bukidnon vegetables and yuba.

Not only that, their dessert is also a must-try: Yamamomo Cheesecake, a vanilla cheesecake topped with yamamomo and mixed berries compote set on green tea dacquiose and mango caviar for only P320. What better way to satisfy the guest’s curiosity on how their food is made, is through an open kitchen built on the adjacent part of the restaurant.
