  • Mono Beef Bar in Makati: Japanese-Inspired Beef Bowls at The Grid Food Market
  • Mono Beef Bar is a Japanese-inspired beef restaurant located at Stall 6, The Grid Food Market within Power Plant Mall in Makati, serving beef bowls that combine Japanese flavors with Asian influences.

The concept was created by Chef Pat Go of Your Local and was inspired by Tasteless Food Group founder Charles Paw’s appreciation for beef.

Built around the idea that less is more, Mono Beef Bar focuses on a concise menu that highlights quality beef through precision, simplicity, and carefully prepared flavors.

Led by Chef Pat Go, the menu reflects his approach to Japanese flavors with Asian influences while maintaining a strong focus on the quality and preparation of the beef.

Rather than offering an extensive menu, Mono Beef Bar centers its concept on allowing diners to customize their meal by selecting the beef cut and sauce that best suits their preference.

The restaurant’s main offering is the Mono Set, where guests choose their preferred cut of beef and sauce. Every set includes white rice, an onsen egg, shiitake miso soup, and two side dishes.  Guests may also upgrade their meal by replacing the white rice with fried rice or noodles.
