All stalls in Platina are original brands from Japan including Dorago Yakiniku. It was founded by Takatoriki, a famous sumo wrestler, and was named after a legendary sumo champion, Takanohana.
Dorago is very famous for its thick meat topped with Japanese-style sauce. In fact, celebrities in Japan frequent the place—not to mention the flock of customers daily making the restaurant a sure blockbuster.
