  • Mirèio in Makati: Celebrating the Art of French Cuisine
  • Mirèio at Raffles Makati presents a brasserie menu of French and inventive continental dishes, crafting an experience that balances refinement with warmth.

Named after the celebrated poem by Nobel Laureate Frédéric Mistral, the restaurant is a poetic homage to Provençal cuisine, celebrating the sun-kissed flavors of Southern France and the Mediterranean, all prepared with an artful balance of imported delicacies and the finest local produce.

Upon entering, its bright, airy interiors—bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows—offer sweeping city views and an atmosphere of understated elegance.
