  • China Blue in Conrad Manila: A Taste of Modern Chinese Cuisine
  • Chinese restaurants have been establishing themselves for years in the Philippines’ restaurant scene. In fact, Chinese specialties are well-liked by Filipinos, which is why Manila’s little China, Binondo, and Quezon City’s Chinatown in Banawe are always crowded with food and culture lovers.

To those who are living in the South, here’s a great space for your next food crawl! Found inside Conrad Manila is a modern Chinese restaurant with a stunning sunset view: China Blue.

Featuring its elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, China Blue boasts a vast selection of modern Chinese dishes, carefully curated by the Chinese celebrity master chef, Jereme Leung.

China Blue by Jereme Leung is famous for its signature dish Crispy fried shrimp, wasabi with mango salsa (Php 890). The spicy flavor of the wasabi sauce complements the sweet flavor of the mango, making the prawns more flavorful. For sure, you will ask for more after trying this crowd favorite!
