Ipponyari boasts over 300 menu items filled with beloved Japanese cuisine and even select Chinese dishes.

Among their  signature dish is their Shio Butter Ramen, with butter, bean sprouts, nori, and chashu pork in a salt-based broth is a must-try to say the least. It’s buttery, hearty, and screams full indulgence.

Meanwhile, their Chashumen, is a hearty bowl of ramen topped with eight slices of their homemade chashu pork, menma, nori, and scallions.

For something guilt-free, try their Nagasaki Champon, a healthy ramen creation from Nagasaki prefecture inspired by Chinese cuisine. It’s a noodle creation that’s salty, thick, and umami topped with shrimp, pork, carrot, cabbage, and scallions.

As a ramen side dish, Ipponyari’s Gyoza is a Japanese dumpling stuffed from vegetables and special seasonings, pan-fried to perfection.

Diners may also try their Yakitori Moriawase, a chicken skewer platter featuring Negima (chicken with scallion), Tsukune (savory chicken meatballs), and Torikawa (crispy chicken skin). Each skewer is carefully slow-grilled to bring out its natural flavors and perfect texture.

Guests can customize each stick with their preferred  seasoning  such as  the savory touch of shio (salt), the rich umami of tare (soy-based sauce), or even a half-and-half style for a mix of both worlds.
