    Greenbelt 1 Parking Advisory

Additionally, Ayala Malls is set to redevelop its iconic flagship shopping center, Greenbelt 1. Having served as a cornerstone of retail and culture for over three decades, this landmark is slated for an ambitious redevelopment project, scheduled for completion in 2028.

In a Facebook post, Ayala Malls also recently announced a parking advisory about the temporary closure of parking spaces in Greenbelt 1 to make way for this transformation. Starting April 1, visitors of Ayala Malls in Makati may park at Greenbelt 2, 3, 4, and 5 with the addition of Dela Rosa Carpark.

Other prominent shopping centers under Ayala Malls will also embark on renovation projects, including TriNoma in Quezon City and Ayala Center in Cebu.
