Japanese Peruvian cuisine, also called Nikkei, originated from Peru. The traditional Peruvian ingredients got integrated with Japanese cooking methods. Three years and three branches after, Nikkei is giving us a renewed sense of appreciation of the restaurant’s classics and a wider discovery of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine by their new tasting menu, along with new cocktails and now, a course meal with wine pairings!

Enjoy 5-course meals with wine pairings at Nikkei’s Kagoshima Wagyu and Wine Dinner of French classics like the roast beef carpaccio salad, chuck eye log brochette, spicy minute steak, broiled wagyu tartar canape, and a finish of matcha truffles.
A night of fine dining and wine pairings will also feature Chef Hiroki Samata from Japan—a meat cutter specialist that will demonstrate his knife skills in serving and preparing the Wagyu courses.
