  • How do you eat BAKE Cheese Tart?
  • On April 5, BAKE Cheese Tart held a tasting event at its flagship store at The Podium, the well-loved Japanese cheese tart brand’s biggest branch in Asia which opened in December 2017.

The store, located on the ground floor of The Podium, stands out with its warm and cozy glow, tall walls with a beautiful industrial design, and artificial cherry blossom trees giving a sense of the beauty of Japan where colorful cherry trees blossom in spring.

Through the tall glass windows, you can see cheese tarts coming out fresh from the oven, the scent spreading through the air and drawing people in. This store is where “the best cheese tart ever” is made and served fresh. Many people have come to love these cheese tarts because of the well-balanced flavor and texture. On the outside, the tart is crispy, cupping a creamy and fluffy mousse that is neither too gooey nor too sloppy.

How do you eat your cheese tart? During the tasting event at their stand-out store at The Podium, BAKE highlighted four ways that would make you love their cheese tarts more!

    Fresh from the oven

This is the classic way to appreciate the goodness of a freshly baked cheese tart. The mousse is warm, creamy and fluffy, oozing slowly out of the tart as you take your first bite.

You can buy BAKE cheese tarts at Php 95 per piece and Php 540 for a box of six.

    Chilled

If you leave your BAKE cheese tart for a few hours, it will turn into a slightly dense and smooth little cup-cheesecake. Cheesecake lovers will surely fall for this. You can enjoy it as it is or eat it with some strawberries!

Freshly baked, chilled, frozen, or warm—enjoy BAKE cheese tarts the way you like it!

    Frozen

Perfect for the summer, frozen BAKE cheese tarts can turn into a delicious dessert! Just put your cheese tart in the freezer, and after a couple of hours, what you’ll find are creamy little ice cream tarts ready to cheer you up.

    Warm

If you have some left-over cheese tarts, you can still enjoy them as if they’re freshly baked. Just warm them up using an oven toaster! Insider tip: BAKE cheese tarts are also a perfect pair with a cup of hot coffee!

You can find the flagship store of BAKE Cheese Tart at G/F The Podium, 18 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
