  • LIST: 7 CrossFit Gyms in the Metro
  • There is more to fitness than just burning your fats and keeping your muscles in good shape down to its core. Through CrossFit, the journey towards that body goal can be as engaging and rewarding as any other sports (perhaps, more).

Dubbed as “The Sports of Fitness,” CrossFit is a strength conditioning program that promotes a “lifestyle characterized by safe effective exercise and sound nutrition, as stated in CrossFit official website. Designed for everyone, this functional training has constantly varied and extra challenging movements for improved health and fitness.

This means that the CrossFit workout changes every day, that’s why there is what they called as Workout of the Day (WOD).

If you are up for hardcore but safe workouts and seeking a new environment other than of commercial gyms, here are 7 CrossFit “boxes” (or gyms) in the metro to join a class today!
