Christmas 2018 Bank Schedules and Advisories in the Philippines
Avoid the rush and think ahead: be aware of the bank schedules in the Philippines. Some banks have extended their hours and services while some will be closed!
Most ATM units will be operational but bank offices and branches will have a limited schedule/IMAGE from worldbank.org
BDO
All BDO mall branches will be open until 4 p.m. on December 24 and 30, 2018. BDO Facebook page has posted the schedules for non-mall branches for December 24 and December 30, 2018, separately.
The BDO Clark Forex Counter, NAIA 1, and NAIA 3 will follow regular banking hours, as well as BDO branches at City of Dreams Manila, Okada Manila Pearl Wing, Resorts World Manila, and Solaire Manila Resort. Please be guided accordingly.

Metrobank
Metrobank will have open branches even on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for 2018/IMAGE from molito.com.ph
Metrobank will be keeping selected branches open on Saturdays, Sundays, and during the holidays. All check deposits and payments received after the cut-off period will be done the following banking day.
The full schedule can be viewed on their website. The schedule covers all weekends of the month as well as December 24 and 31.

PSBank
As announced on their Facebook page, all PSBank branches will be closed on December 24, 25 & 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019.
Meanwhile, PSBank Mobile and PSBank Online (Internet banking) will be available for your banking needs. PSBank network of 575 ATMs will be online as well.
Please take note of the following:
- Payroll- crediting on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1 will proceed.
Automatic Debit Agreement- For bills payments, debiting of accounts with due dates on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1 will proceed. For PSBank loans, payments will be value dated on its original due date and accounts will be debited on Dec. 26 for those with due dates on Dec. 24 & 25, and on Jan. 2 for those with due dates on Dec. 31 & Jan. 1. Accounts not debited on Dec. 24 & 25 due to insufficient funds should be funded by Dec. 26, while those not debited on Dec. 31 & Jan. 1 should be funded by Jan. 2 to avoid penalties. - Check clearing and settlement- Clearing is suspended on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1. Checks received after cut-off time on Dec. 21 will be processed on Dec. 26, while those received after cut-off time on Dec. 28 will be processed on Jan. 2. No penalties will be charged for checks dated Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1, intended for PSBank loan payments.
- Time deposits- Maturities on Dec. 24 & 25 will be processed on Dec. 26, while maturities on Dec. 31 & Jan. 1 will be processed on Jan. 2.
Philippine National Bank (PNB)
PNB has announced the schedule of their branches nationwide on their Facebook post. The released schedule covers December 22 to 24 only. For immediate assistance, please call their 24/7 Customer Service Hotline at (+632) 573 8888.
RCBC

Security Bank

As per their Facebook announcement, Security Bank NAIA and NAIA Terminal 3 will be open on Monday, December 24, 2018, and Sunday, December 30, 2018, from 11:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. only.
ALL Security Bank branches will be closed on the following dates: December 25, 2018 (Tuesday), December 31, 2018 (Monday), and January 1, 2019 (Tuesday).
Business as usual for ALL Branches from Wednesday to Saturday, December 26 to 29, 2018. Additional Branches will also be open on Saturday, December 29, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m namely the Iligan Branch, Butuan Branch, and the Ozamiz Branch.
Other banks such as PBCOM, Maybank, Unionbank, UCPB, Eastwest, and Landbank holiday schedules will be included here once they are announced.
