Meralco to launch Customer Experience Engine by 2018
With the goal of giving its customers the advantage to request for their monthly energy consumption break down, easy access of paying bills and acquiring of online services, Meralco stated that they will soon be building and launching a new service portal by the first quarter of 2018.
The Manila Electric Company or Meralco is one of the largest distributor of electrical power in the country. Lately, Meralco announced that their new service portal known as the Customer Experience Engine or the CXE will soon be finished and will take its flight possibly on the first quarter of the upcoming year.
A report from Rappler states that Meralco, through their chief technology advisor, Mr. Gavin Barfield, aims to reach the public by entering the “touchscreen generation”. It is the generation enticed and transformed by digital technology that is widely accepted by almost all people in the country.
Through the creation of the newest portal that Meralco has in store to its clients, through the Customer Experience Engine or the CXE, it will guarantee the customers a hassle-free transaction by committing and providing a digital way of transaction, beneficial both for the clients and the company as well.
Upon its launch on the first quarter of 2018, through the Customer Experience Engine (CXE), customers or loyal clients will be able to file and complete their transactions by using their personal accounts logged into the application, pay bills without the feel of a hassle, be granted a speedy request for their monthly energy consumption break down, inquire regarding a particular service, and a lot more.
Aside from that, through upcoming launch of the Customer Experience Engine (CXE) introduced by Meralco, both time and money will be saved. In addition, this platform introduced by Meralco will serve as a gateway for customers to achieve hassle-free services which have been desired by many for a long period of time now.
