Founded in 1994 by Sofia Zobel Elizalde, who also serves as Steps’ Managing Director, Steps Dance Studio is among the Philippines’ most comprehensive dance schools. Its classical ballet training is based on the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus, which began in England. The Royal Academy of Dance is an international teacher training and examining organization for classical ballet whose aim is to develop the highest possible standards of teaching.
