    Japan he Yokoso Food Series is a special treat from Enderun Extension’s Culinary and Pastry Experience. It gives participants a chance to discover the fine art of Japanese cuisine through intricate presentation, precise techniques, and balanced food.

    Learn how to make popular Japanese dishes in five days for only P21,000: Donburi (Day 1), Agemono/Fry (Day 2), Yakimono/Teppan (Day 3), Sushi and Sashimi (Day 4), and Traditional and Modern Maki (Day 5).

    The rate includes an apron, cap, tea towel, recipe guide, to go box, and a certification of participation.
