    Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar offers a wide selection of grain-fed and grass-fed beef, premium grilled specialties, and an extensive wine program designed to complement its menu.

    One of its defining features is the use of the Josper grill, which imparts bold flavors while preserving the quality of each cut. Guests can also choose their preferred knife from the restaurant’s collection, adding a personalized touch to the steakhouse experience.

    Among its signature offerings is the Raging Bull Chopping Block (Php 11,750), a tasting platter featuring the restaurant’s three premium cuts such as the Cape Grim Tenderloin (220g), Black Market Ribeye (350g), and Tyde MS2 Striploin (320g).

    Another standout is the Westholme Wagyu MS5+ Ribeye (Php 6,450), a 350g grain-finished Wagyu from Queensland, Australia, known for its rich marbling and robust flavor.

    Inspired by the film Raging Bull, the restaurant combines premium ingredients with refined steakhouse traditions. Today, it enters a new chapter under the leadership of French Head Chef Loic Brun, who brings his culinary expertise to the restaurant’s selection of steaks, grilled specialties, and seasonal offerings.

    Beyond its steaks, guests can pair their meal with selections from the restaurant’s extensive wine list or explore its collection of whiskies and signature cocktails.

    The restaurant welcomes guests throughout the day, serving lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., followed by dinner service from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., while the bar remains open daily from 5:00 p.m. until midnight. Smart casual or business attire is recommended for guests who plans to visit.
