They have an interactive culinary theater that serves to their salad station, bread station, Japanese, seafood, Western, Filipino, Chinese, Carving, and their newest offering, the Arabic and Indian station. Their salad bar is filled with various kinds of salads making it a healthier option among others. For those who want to start their buffet with something light, they have freshly-baked breads great to pair with coffee.

    As one of their much-loved station, Spectrum takes pride of their Japanese station. Their offerings of tuna, salmon, and sashimi are really something to look forward to. For seafood lovers, you should also not miss their vast offerings of squid, prawn, mussels, that you can ask the chef to cook for you the way you want it. In case you want to bring your kids with you, they will surely love the pasta station where they can also ask the chef to cook it to their preference.
