Sarsa’s Palabok Negra takes a creative twist on the traditional Filipino noodle dish by infusing it with a rich, dark squid ink sauce that lends a deep, savory flavor. Topped with squid and egg floos, along with crispy crablets for texture, this dish is both visually striking and deliciously complex.

Its Pancit Luglug, meanwhile, features rice noodles in a vibrant orange shrimp sauce. Garnished with peeled shrimp, squid, chicharon, among others, it’s a delightful, hearty meal that’s bursting with layers upon layers of flavor and texture!
