This charming home-grown bakehouse is family-owned and rooted in a deep love for comforting, quality breads. The concept was inspired by the chef’s two children, Bea and Bianca, whose shared love for bread sparked the vision of creating a warm, inviting space where honest ingredients and artisanal craft come together.

At the helm is Chef Alwin Mantuano, a classically trained chef with two decades of experience working in some of the Philippines’ finest establishments. A graduate with honors from the Center for Asian Culinary Studies, specializing in both cuisine and pastry, Chef Alwin brings a depth of expertise and refinement to every creation. His culinary background, paired with his passion for creating breads his children love, forms the heart and soul of Bea & Bianca.

What sets Bea & Bianca apart is its commitment to freshness, authenticity, and craftsmanship. All products are baked daily in small batches using no preservatives—allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine. Each loaf, brownie, and pastry reflects Chef Alwin’s meticulous attention to technique and flavor, resulting in baked goods that feel both elevated and deeply comforting.

Among its standout offerings, three items have become fast favorites. The Sourdough, crafted through a long fermentation process, features a nutty crust and clean, natural flavor, free from added sugar and never overly sour. It perfectly captures the bakery’s philosophy of simplicity done exceptionally well.

The Sagada Brownie (Php 90) is celebrated for its rustic appeal, made with premium Belgian cocoa and brightened by candied Sagada orange peel. It delivers a beautiful balance of richness and citrus, offering a unique twist on a classic treat.

Meanwhile, the Brioche stands as a true star. Known as the king of enriched doughs, this brioche is cotton-soft, buttery, and available in loaves, buns, and Babka, ideal for breakfast, snacking, or gifting. Speaking of Babka, they offer Ube and Cheese Babka, their spin-off on the Pinoy classic favourite, Ube & Cheese!
