    In Fort Bonifacio, the famous L’Aubergine serves genuine French cuisine. It has a spacious, glass-enclosed kitchen that allows you to witness how their wonderful dishes are created.

    L’Aubergine gets its ingredients from different countries such as Norway, France, and Australia. From these ingredients, delicate and artistic dishes are then created by their skilled chefs.

    One of the items that you must try is the foie gras and the Duck Breast Delight (photo 1). The combination of these 2 is just simply exquisite! Don’t forget to sample L’Aubergine’s wide assortment of wines that is more than 140 different types if wine.

    Also, good news for those who are into sweets!  You shall definitely be satisfied not only with the  taste of their desserts,  but with its presentation as well! We suggest that you order the dessert sampler (photo 3), so you could taste 5 different kinds of sweets at once.
