Helmed by chef Ariel Manuel of the now-defunct Lolo Dad’s, Sintâ is a fine dining restaurant with a menu that draws from both European and American influences. Guests are treated to a harmonious fusion of ingredients and flavors such as the Rack of Lamb crusted with aromatic herbs served atop a creamy Roquefort risotto; Moulard Duck Confit, which is slow-cooked in its own fat and served with foie gras fried rice; or the Chilean Sea Bass topped with caramelized unagi in a truffle sauce—dishes that speak to the chef’s culinary expertise.

Other must-tries include Eye of Ribeye topped with rendered steak fat and onion jam, with anticucho sauce on the side, and the Crab and Popcorn Chowder, a playful yet indulgent soup that surprises with its buttery richness. For those with a sweet tooth, Sintâ’s Baked Cappuccino Soufflé with vanilla crème anglaise is the perfect ending to a decadent meal.

Sintâ’s dining space combine modern elegance with scenic views. The minimalist, rustic design—accented with works by Filipino artists—will remind you of a posh vacation houses somewhere in the North. It has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that shows Taal Lake and Volcano in all their stunning majesty. You’ll also find contemporary art, plush chairs, dark marble tables, among others, in a spacious dining area with soft lighting, neutral tones, and a sophisticated layout, perfect your intimate dates and special occasions.
