True to its name, AMBAI reimagines the Filipino tambayan as a modern community space where flavors, stories, and people naturally meet. The menu celebrates Filipino cuisine with modern twists, offering everything from silog breakfasts topped with its signature cloud egg to crafted cocktails, specialty coffee, and street food favorites.
One of its standout dishes is the Pinatayong Manok, a whole fried chicken served standing tall, making it an eye-catching centerpiece for the table. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it is made even more enjoyable with a selection of sauces that lets diners mix, match, and enjoy every bite according to their mood.

Another dish reimagined with a modern touch is AMBAI’s Garlic Adobo. Garlicky, sticky, and slow-cooked until deeply flavorful, this well-loved Filipino classic is elevated with quail eggs and silky mashed potatoes. Thoughtfully reworked by the chefs, it brings the familiar comfort of adobo into a richer, more contemporary dining experience.

Finally, diners should not leave AMBAI without trying the Kare-Kare Burger, a playful reimagining of the Filipino favorite. It features a juicy beef patty layered with rich peanut sauce, bagoong, and greens, then served burger-style between rice buns. Familiar yet unexpected, it brings the comforting flavors of kare-kare into a fun, handheld dish that reflects AMBAI’s modern take on Filipino cuisine.
