  • Hard Rock Cafe Manila in S’Maison: The Home of Live Bands and Memorabilias
  • Do you love music? Do you enjoy live bands? If you said yes to both questions, this restaurant in S’Maison, Pasay City is the best place for you.

Hard Rock Cafe Manila is here to serve you good food with a dash of rock music and dancing!

Once open in Glorietta, Hard Rock Cafe Manila has gone through a revamp—thanks to the Bistro Group, the leading casual dining chain in the country. The restaurant is now in S’Maison, Conrad Manila in Pasay City, with more seats for big groups, a bigger stage and dancing space, and more iconic memorabilia!

As you enter the restaurant, you will be greeted by the Hard Rock Shop where you can purchase souvenir items from shirts, pins, caps, and Hard Rock mascot plushies. You’re sure to find something that you’ll want to bring home in memory of great experience in Hard Rock.

The experience starts with their Jumbo Combo (Php 995), which is their bestselling appetizer, a collection of their popular starters from signature wings, crispy onion rings, Tupelo chicken tenders, Asian spring rolls, and juicy Bruschetta.

It also comes with a variety of dressings to dip into!

Next on your list should be their Original Legendary Burger (Php 595), which started the story of Hard Rock Cafe in Mayfair, London.

Take a bite into their fresh 7oz. blend of premium grade beef grilled medium well with smoked bacon, melted American cheese, fried onion ring, crisp lettuce, and juicy tomato.

Another old favorite and mainstay of the brand is the fork-tender smokehouse specialty, Hickory-Smoked Ribs (Php 895/ Php 1,695) that you’ll love to eat while it’s hot.

Make sure to clean those rib bones from all that juicy, peppery meat, which you can enjoy with their coleslaw or fries on the side.

These Hard Rock classics will not be complete without their famous bar cocktails, such as the tropical Mango Tequila Sunrise (Php 325), the refreshing Mojito (Php 295), or the signature Big Kablue-Na (Php 295).

They offer all these cocktails with an option to bring the glass home as a souvenir!

From left, Big Kablue-Na (Php 295), Mojito (Php 295), and the Mango Tequila Sunrise (Php 325) already ready as a take-home!

And with these drinks, you’ll need a bar bite.

From their special menu, we recommend getting the Gambas Al Ajillo (Php 475). It’s a hot plate of soft sauteed shrimps swimming in a tangy chili garlic sauce with a light punch for that perfect balance of flavors.

The 223-seater restaurant is riddled with nostalgic memorabilia items that many rock band fans will appreciate.

For instance, they have shoes from a Linkin’ Park band member, one of Elvis Presley’s red jacket, Stevie Nick’s rhinestone top, and even feature a light fixture with cymbals and drums!

But let us not forget the live bands that come every night to play hard, classic, and alternative rock, making every night a party night. Schedules are posted on the restaurant’s official Facebook page.

Hard Rock is also eyeing to open another Hard Rock Cafe Manila branch in Makati sometime this year.

In addition to the things to look out for, Bistro Group is said to bring the rock to our friends in Cebu in the near future.

Meanwhile, everyone can come to Hard Rock Cafe Manila in S’Maison, Conrad Manila in Pasay City where all is one.
