Tuck’s in Makati: A Bistro by Day and Bar by Night

Tuck’s located at Greenbelt Excelsior in Legazpi Village, Makati, is a day-to-night bistro and bar serving coffee, bistro dishes, cocktails, spirits, and bar bites.

Opened on July 31, 2026, Tuck’s combines its daytime bistro concept with a cocktail-focused bar experience later in the day.

Coffee at Tuck’s comes from Parameter Coffee, which is also connected to the concept through Bianca Syching, one of the partners behind Tuck’s. Parameter Coffee was initially used for the bar’s espresso martinis and is now also served as coffee on its own.

For cocktails, Tuck’s offers creations such as the Saffron Sidecar, made with saffron-infused brandy, Cointreau, and lemon.

Tuck’s also offers a Bottle Keep program, which lets guests purchase a bottle, enjoy a few glasses, and leave the remaining bottle at the bar for their next visit. The bar has a collection of around 800 bottles, including lesser-known spirits and limited releases.

Among its selections is La Venenosa Tabernas, a Jalisco raicilla with roasted agave, citrus peel, oregano, lemongrass, mineral, and spicy notes. La Higuera Sotol has notes of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, mint, cinnamon, and caramel, while Clairin Sonson, a Haitian clairin, offers grassy sugarcane, tropical fruit, earthy spice, and a dry finish.

Behind the food and beverage program is Kyle Ley, whose previous work includes Refuge, Blanc, and Spritz. The team also includes Angelica Bautista, who handles wine curation; Carlos Garcia of ABV; Bianca Syching of Parameter Coffee; and branding specialist Anya Benedicto.
