Crisostomo is owned by Chef Florabel Co-Yatco, a celebrated chef known for her culinary ingenuity. This restaurant showcases a wide selection of traditional Spanish and classic Filipino dishes that will let you get a satisfying hearty meal.

True to its name, it has become a favorite restaurant among expats and locals alike for serving playful versions of Filipino staples such as ensalada, sinigang, liempo, and adobo you’d never want to miss.

A must-try appetizer to start off your meal is Sizzling Bracken Tofu (Php 245), a sizzling dish comprised of tofu in a flavorful sauce. Similar to the classic sisig, each bite offers a combination of bold, spicy, and tangy flavors, but without the guilt and decadence of eating pork.

For entrees, get Bella Bandida or Bistek na Bangus (Php 475). This particular dish is a pan-fried milkfish belly in bistek sauce served with green and yellow mangoes and bagoong or Filipino shrimp paste on the side.
