  • (CLOSED) am.pm in Ayala Malls Manila Bay Brings the Souffle Pancakes of HK
  • When am.pm first opened in 2017 on the streets of Hong Kong, it quickly became viral because of their Creme Brulee Souffle Pancake and its sweet caramelized sugar.

Now, they’ve brought it to the Philippines at their first branch in the newly opened Ayala Malls Manila Bay.

am.pm’s innovative and fun desserts are curated by three outstanding chefs from Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong who are always on the road to try exotic flavors and bring their popular souffle pancakes to new cities.

Each order is comprised of two souffle pancakes made with Japanese flour and fresh eggs. It is then whipped to an airy consistency that keeps it bouncy and soft even when cooked.

The Original (Php 145) is simply topped with am.pm’s original cream, while their Creme Brulee (Php 210) has an additional caramelized sugar for extra sweetness.
