    This restaurant, which is named after Award-winning chef Hidemasa Yamamoto, has branches all over the world. In the Philippines, Hide Yamamoto is located in the grand entertainment complex at the City of Dreams Manila.

    The restaurant offers 3 counter kitchens for Edomae Sushi, Teppanyaki and Robatayaki, which create a unique atmosphere in the restaurant. These kitchens offer flavorful dishes where you can indulge on fresh seafood, fine meat, and quality vegetables. All the ingredients used such as seafood and vegetables are imported from Tsukiji fish market and Hokkaido, Japan.
