    This Italian restaurant is owned by Chef Dario Gardini, who originally opened Caruso Ristorante Italiano in 2002 before Emilio Mina became its sole proprietor. So, if you love Caruso in Makati, you’ll definitely enjoy being at Gardini by Dario as it exudes a similar romantic vibe.
